Join our Birding weekend May 13, 14, and 15 for the opportunity to add up to 60 species to your life list.

Dr. Heather Hinam, a dedicated ornithologist, will be leading our two-day birding safari across the Eastman and Interlake regions in search of eagles, owls, hawks, waterfowl, waders, and songbirds. Novices and veteran birders will appreciate Dr. Hinam's knowledge of the habits and the habitats of the birds that make the Interlake home.

Itinerary:

• Our package begins at Evergreen gate Bed and Breakfast near Selkirk with an orientation on Friday night, followed by an "owl prowl."
• Saturday starts with an early morning visit to local forest and woodlands and ends in the afternoon on the shores of Lake Winnipeg.
• Sunday takes us to marshes and prairie environments, and culminates in a birding banquet.

Package price: $375/person + GST, based on double occupancy

Package includes:

• welcome reception/orientation,
• two nights accommodation at inspected and comfortable Bed and Breakfasts on the Red River near Selkirk, MB,
• all meals,
• two days transportation, guided tours of eight different ecosystems with Dr. Heather Hinam,
• evening owl prowl, and
• wrap-up banquet.

Dress for the weather and for some walking.
